At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management. with at least 3 years managing Web/Mobile technology projects
Hands-on experience working with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and Project Management tools such as Jira and Team Foundation Server
Expert with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Microsoft Project (Project Baselines and Project Tracking)
Proven ability to develop a technical understanding of Web and Cloud Technologies.
Extremely detail-oriented, organized and self-starter
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills working within all levels of the organizations
Experience of project management approaches, tools, and all phases of the SDLC
Work with senior management to develop proposals in response to clients' requests for proposals for both public and private sector clients.
Project Planning – Create Project Plan/Charter, Technical Prerequisite Planning and Execution, Vendor & Stakeholder Alignment, Defined RACI, Project Governance, Performance monitoring, all other pertinent artifacts required for leading project management engagement.
Vendor Contract & Relationship Management - In collaboration with business and IT lead and manage the development of vendor contracts (MSA, SOW, etc.) or professional services, where needed. Manage both vendor and business relationships.
Project Governance - Develop project governance structure and critical components for establishing controls and process for project lifecycle. Establish and manage project committee inclusive of key stakeholders across the county.
Job-Aides & Training Material: Develop & Define training content and artifacts (e.g. End-User Job-Aides, Training PowerPoints, Process Guides) requirements for both end-users and IT support groups.
Production & Closeout – Conduct Retrospect, Develop Executive Summary, Provide Process Maturity Plan/Roadmap.
Desirable
Experience in working with the Public Sector.
Familiarity with CA-Project Management Framework (CA-PMF) is a plus
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, experience using the principles of Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK)
2+ years of experience managing Web Content Management System implementation projects
Research and work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Research and build relationships with potential new clients, and turn this into increased business.
